Cancellation Policy
At our spa, we are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our guests and accommodating their needs to the best of our abilities. To ensure all guests receive the highest level of service, we have established the following cancellation policy:
We request that guests provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel their scheduled appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another guest.
If a guest does not provide the required notice and fails to show up for their appointment, a 50% charge of the booked treatment will apply. This policy helps us respect our therapists' time and maintain the efficiency of our business operations.
